Having been converted from a family friendly place, you have the two huge pools, one exclusively for folks that book a Level room (think VIP within the hotel). Turns out at least the Level one is also heated - didn't spot that until we got there! The room's were spacious and spotless, and always topped up as needed. "Stayed here some years ago, so knew the local. We only popped to Tenerife for 2 nights (yes, it’s perfectly doable as a short break). We had a 3rd floor room with sea view. Bed was comfy and lovely view. Would recommend. "

"A very nice 4* hotel; I’m aware that hotels are designated their stars on the basis of facilities. This hotel is advertised as 5* but in my opinion it is much more inline with what’s expected of 4*. Positives - staff are very friendly, the ocean view from the room was magnificent. Negatives - the coffee at breakfast is truly disgusting, the beds are very hard, the hotel has a very 80’s vibe and decor - think dark wood laminate, foamy ceiling tiles, one buffet restaurant (no ala carte), dismal...
