Parking on the road outside was always possible, although sometimes took a bit of searching for a spot. A bit of road noise at the front of the property, but quiet in the bedroom which was at the back."

The apartment is a little dated, however very comfortable and I would recommend as it’s in the centre of Largs beside lots of facilities. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, no lift. Breakfast is prompt, plentiful and delicious with a good menu to choose from. The rooms are all well appointed, superbly clean and comfortable. We will stay at this Guest House again!"

"This was a last minute booking to see a gig at the ovo hydro. They overcharged at £162 for a night. The hotel was very run down, bald dirty carpets, curtain pole falling off wall, bed uncomfortable and smelly. En suite was dated and unclean. A 2 star rating is very over exaggerated. "
