"We were suppose to stay in the main building on Bath st. but the elevator was not working. I truly appreciate the availability of receptionist via online & transfered us to the corner building with elevator access. The apartment is clean & has kitchen amenities. Only thing is a small fridge- it was ok for us since we only stay for 2 nights 3 days. But for longer stay, the small fridge maybe an issue. "Originally when booking property I had questions for which I never got response. The property management did send me several emails none of which gave any answers and provided inaccurate info about how to access the keys for entry. I had to make an expensive intl. call to the owner to get correct code and was told that they would not stay on the phone to assure it worked. Kitchen was dirty I had to wipe everything and towels were only hand towels; not bath towels. Disappointed!"

"Getting in was easy, and the view from the lounge room is amazing. We had a bit of an issue with the heating as it turned out the boiler was off, but once we got that sorted we were never cold. The heating (which was really needed due to the snow) was very efficient, and the towel rail in the bathroom was always warm. A few things were easily rectified - no ice tray, soap or wine glasses but plenty of other cleaning products. Good selection of cooking equipment and the oven was sparkling clean....

"The appartment in Alexandria is spacious (2 large bedrooms) and equiped with the necessary equipment (toaster, washingmachine etc.). We had to make contact ourselves to receive check in information, but once the contact was established, we got all the info we needed. It is located near the bus stop (2 min walk) to Balloch. "This property is beautiful and well maintained. The area is walkable to many different adventures around the city. We were able to grocery shop 5 min away and the school is about 15 minute walk. "We loved the location of the apartment - super close to the train and bus lines and very walkable to all the neighborhoods we love in the West End. The restaurants and cafes nearby were endless which was a delight. The apartment is quite large which is great, and if you are planning on working the wi-fi was one of the fastest we had on our trip. The only note I'd say is if you're hoping to stay for a longer stay and cook a bit the set-up is a bit limited (for example we never found scissors)....

"I had a lovely time visiting my son at Uni. The apartment was easy access and in the perfect location. Both the owner and property manager were right to hand but as there were no issues only on my end-how does the shower work? #american- they just had to guide me via email. One small thing would be to fix the skeleton key lock as it was super hard to unlock. Would def stay again."

"Fantastic location! Right in heart of Glasgow’s west end with a huge selection of bars, restaurants etc on doorstep. Subway 5 mins walk away to get to city centre etc. Botanic Gardens a 5 min walk away too. Loads to do in around area such as Art Galleries. This is a great area in Glasgow and highly recommend. Only 2 small downfalls with flat is it could do with some more glasses in kitchen and bigger ones and some brighter lighting in rooms as ground floor flat and not enough natural light...
