"Fairfield saved me! My plan was to stay near downtown KC all week, but my flight was arriving after midnight so I booked this hotel because it had a 24-hour shuttle from the airport. I was arriving from the West Coast after midnight, and all the rental car places were closed. I really appreciated Andrea's courtesy and friendly pickup after a long flight and layover in Las Vegas. The room was clean, the free breakfast was satisfying, and the fitness center met my needs."

It was a very short walk and completely worth booking the holiday inn express. Parking was easy and convenient. Breakfast had more variety than I usually expect from a free breakfast. Overall a great place to stay. "
