"The staff were all super friendly. We had a couple stink bugs in our room - but we weren’t upset by it, we were in the mountains after all. The previous person must have smoked in the room because it was stale and didn’t smell good. But it was a safe and comfortable place to sleep on our roadtrip. Common areas were clean. It was nice to have breakfast included."

"Staff was very friendly and efficient. Check-in was smooth. The facility has seen better days. Elevator was slow, creaky, and in rough shape. Bathroom in our room was unacceptable. Large gaps in wall behind commode, and missing texture on ceiling above shower head. Shower spout was loose and about to fall off. Breakfast was standard hotel buffet. Fix the bathroom, and update the elevator, and everything would be good."

"The property is right across the street from Harrahs Casino and the theater. An easy 5 minute walk for an old handicapped person. The breakfast is very good, with a small but good variety. The only thing I didn’t like is the beds were small. I don’t know if it’s because it was a handicapped room? I guess they were full size, but not comfortable for two. I’m glad there were two beds. "

"Good stay, we got in late for Thunder in the Smokies. Owner directed us to specific area to park so bikes and trailer were on camera. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. No complaints, perfect stay for what we needed. Breakfast was minimal, but there is a bojangles McDonald’s and Waffle House across the street. "
