The Terrace at Lake Junaluska

3.5 star property
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (308)
"We stay at this property quite often, and are generally pleased with the facility. This visit, and it was late in the evening when we discovered it, the heat, air and fan in the room did not work. Lambuth Inn at Lake Junaluska

Hillside Lodge

5.6 out of 10, (5)
"What I like: location (near by the lake). What I don't like: NO one at the lobby when we arrived at 11pm, NO one pick up the phone either, NO poster or instruction for self check-in (doubt if any), we end up need to book & stay at another hotel. Note: the lobby's door is not locked, messy inside, and it looks like they are moving or will be filing bankruptcy soon."

"We stayed at Springdale the weekend after Christmas when visiting family. There was an issue with our room and we were upgraded for free which was a pleasant surprise. The grounds were clean and beautiful. Wendy at the Front was so helpful and very friendly, she really made our stay exceptional! We ate at the restaurant which was also good. Wonderful stay and nice perks in rooms!"
