"We had stayed at this unit before, about three years ago. At that time, we didn’t book it through VRBO. I can definitely say that the unit has had a very nice “refresh”, ie;new furniture, decor, etc. However, the keyless entry was a nightmare! One day it worked and the next day it didn’t. Every time we went out, we wondered if we would be able to get back in without having to call the host. I will say the host was always available to help but it was just very frustrating. "The size of this townhome was perfect for family of five with room to spare! It was incredibly clean and had numerous “extras”‘ supplied like body wash, shampoo/conditioner, fans for each bedroom, kitchen supplies/utensils, laundry detergent, etc. the location was close to grocery, gas, restaurants and can easily access sites in Asheville from here! I would highly recommend!"

"I have stayed in VRBOs of all shapes and sizes and while this is a nice large condo it was dirty and really needs some updating. The furniture is sort of a “Big Lots” free for all and while that is no biggie the bathrooms had mold on the faucets and the shower curtains. There was also a large stain in my daughter’s bed that we had to deal with. Also the base boards in the bathroom were dirty and there was a lot of hair in the master bathroom floor. I don’t expect a five star stay but do expect...

"The condo met all of our needs. It was perfectly designed with separate bedrooms and baths. We spent time on the large balcony overlooking the golf course. The golf club restaurant was conveniently located near the condo; Lake Junaluska was a short-drive away and has a beautiful walking path around the lake. Other conveniences such as Publix and Ingles stores were located a short drive away in Waynesville. We really didn't explore anything in Maggie Valley, but spent time on Waynesville's Main...
