"Great location to subway, only 1 stop to the airport or 1 stop to Hakata for the Shinkensen. Check in was not as straight forward as it should of been - the booking code wasnt active so didnt work. Messaged them through expedia and they sorted it so we could get in. No keys, we just took a photo of the codes to open doors.
