"When I was beginning my trip to Thailand, this is the kind of hotel I was yearned for. Something out of the ordinary that really made me felt like I lived in another country. Green Hill Resort nailed it. For me it was an easy 10 minute walk from the pier. Once you get to the hotel, you better love stairs, because reception and the rooms are up them. "Looks like a fairly new hotel, and a beautiful mountain view from my balcony. Lot's of places to eat and drink nearby though the hotel was peaceful and quiet. The only negatives are the showers which swing from hot to cold, and a poorly designed tiolet. No shower door to keep the water away from the rest of the toilet, and 2 tiny steps which I stubbed my toes on."

"Great hostel to stay at, very lively and always something going on. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a private room which was just like a very standard hotel room. Music was loud but that is expected with it being a party hostel, and music is turned down every night at 1 anyways. Overall a very pleasant stay!"

"This stay was definitely a mixed bag, I think I was possibly sold on the image of the huts overlooking the sea which was still lovely in person. However a few practicalities like no air conditioning and other comforts I would say this was just an alright stay. "One of the nicest rooms we had in Thailand. I love wood walls and ceiling. Bed was comfy and our first floor room had the pool right outside our sliding door. Staff was courteous - great stay!"
