"The manager was on property and would always ask if everything was okay each time he saw you. I felt he genuinely cared about his guests experience. However the staff communication through Line was hit or miss. The property was older but well maintained. "Came during off-peak season, so the serenity was more than we could ask for. Ao Nang beach is about 10 min drive away, while Krabi Town is about 25min away. Staff are very friendly and approachable. Their front desk is manned round-the-clock."

"Very bad experience, no help at the reception, receptionnists don't smile and don't give any good advices for places to visit, no barbecue included while it was written in the description. Swimming pool not cleaned after glass broken, and my friend was injured with the broken glass fallen in the pool. During checking out, receptionnist charge me money because my son was sick and used the towels, hotel not recommanded."

"We staid as a family of 3 at CostalEscapes in Ko Yao Noi and had a fantastic week. Boo and the team were excellent hosts. The villa and whole property has all one needs to wind down with the views just adding to the whole experience. We can highly recommend this place which is a great hub to also explore the Bay Area via day trips and want to avoid the tourist crowds. We’ll be back"

"We had a wonderful stay at Leelawadee. We appreciated how well-kept the villas and grounds were. Everything was clean and in good order while we were there, and the owners are very helpful and responsive. "A True Slice of Paradise! I just returned from the most magical stay at Rayavadee in Krabi, and I’m still floating from the experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like royalty. Every single person we encountered went above and beyond, creating such a warm, welcoming, and luxurious atmosphere. A very special thank you to Luna, who truly made our stay unforgettable. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made us feel so taken care of every step of the way. The Songkran ceremony was such a beautiful and meaningful experience, and the spa treatments were nothing short of heavenly. Even the servers at the restaurants made every meal feel like a celebration. And the property itself—WOW. Nestled between towering limestone cliffs and surrounded by lush jungle and pristine beaches, it honestly felt like we had stepped into a fairytale. Every corner of Rayavadee is designed with elegance and natural beauty in mind. It’s peaceful, private, and absolutely breathtaking. I can’t recommend Rayavadee enough. It’s more than a resort—it’s a full sensory experience that I’ll treasure forever. "

"Great adult only hotel in an ideal location. 3 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes to the market (food excellent there too with entertainment) and a 10 minute walk to the main high street with all the main bars & restaurants. Staff were lovely throughout, especially those at breakfast & housekeeping."
