"The staff make for a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left staff were attentive. We enjoyed an in room with indoor onsen for two nights. "If you’d like to experience an authentic ryokan with onsen and terrific kaiseki dining this place is a good choice. Although the facilities show some wear and tear, overall it’s clean and adequately maintained. The staff ensure guests feel welcomed and taken care of. I would stay again. "

"Had an Onsen in the hotel which is very convenient. We were able to use it several times a day and it had a great view of the sun rising and setting while soaking. We didn’t have many other guests when we were there so really had it mainly to ourselves. "

"The best Ryokan experience. The room is spacious, staffs are very friendly and try their best to make the guest feel like back home. The onsen is good, only tried the public one, but is good enough. The dinner is the highlight, the best we ever had. Beef, handmade soba etc... and the after dinner concert is a surprise. Really enjoy the stay , wish can stay longer "
