"When I booked this location, there were no reviews for the property. This was a little concerning to me, but I pulled the trigger anyway, and I'm glad I did! The set up of the house is excellent with split level bedrooms (primary suite upstairs, two bedrooms downstairs) and the main floor completely open to views of the pool, ocean and sunset. The place was well-appointed with both a coffee pot and Keurig, as well as a grill and utensils. The shed had a variety of floaties for the pool. ...

"First let me tell you this place is AWESOME! Bigger than the photos - there’s a full bedroom with a wall and door, plus a dining table that seats four! I recommended the hosts add these photos. We were pleasantly surprised! They are set up for bringing a baby including baby soap, plenty of towels, and a playpen. The bedding is very comfortable and the AC works very well! "We spent 6 wonderful nights in Kona at this lovely, well appointed, oceanfront condo. It’s peaceful and within walking distance of Much of Kona town. I used the pool a few days with the key provided and the water was comfortable and clean. The AC in the living room and bedroom works great.
