Entry in and out of the home was easy and very efficient...no keys to keep track of.The home was exactly as described and we found all the amenities needed to enjoy our stay including beach chairs and beach towels. "This is an awesome little apartment and was perfect for my solo trip to Jax Beach. The apartment was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed. The location couldn't have been better, and I felt very safe. It's a quick walk to the beach and right by Neptune Beach with lots of great restaurants and shops. I wish I could have stayed longer and next time, I will definitely bring a bike! There is so much to explore. "

"My family and I had the best time here! Very clean, comfortable house. Perfect for two kids to explore and play! Had cool games to play in the house during a quick thunderstorm. The beach was steps away. Used the provided boogie boards, beach towels and chairs every day! Had hoses hooked up so we could easily wash off outside before heading inside. The washer and dryer were perfect for us and we were able to pack much less. The house is beautiful, upgraded, and well maintained. Highly recommend....

"The property is perfect for families traveling for an event. The two apartments were perfect for married families, but we all loved the main house for being together. Only wished there was one bedroom on the first floor of the main house for older family who didn’t want to be alone in the apartment. Overall we loved it!"

"All good, but if I had one complaint, it would be that the floor in the bathroom and bedroom seems to be uneven. I thought maybe I had drank too much, but there's definitely something going on there that causes the bed to also be unlevel. Fixing the foundation may be too much work but I would suggest leveling out that bed. "
