"This is a hidden gem in Venice. Close to the train station. In a main thoroughfare but very quiet. Close to shops and restaurants and on the opposite side of San Marcos square with the water taxi virtually at the front door. The staff were pleasant and checkin quick and efficient. The hotel was spotless and while there was a kettle with tea and coffee provided there was no fridge. However the supermarket is very close by. Loved this place and would definitely stay again "

"The owner was available by phone when we arrived. We were given a free dinner at a restaurant she was working at; which was convenient and delicious. The room was as stated. The hotel is dated, but we had no issues with the property. "

When I reported it to the desk, they had me play with the settings - it worked even though I thought it shouldn't. I appreciated that I was able, upon their offer, to settle the city tax...
