"Wow where do I start. It was unexpected but in a great way. The property is beautiful and you would not expect what you walk into from the entrance. The entrance is nice and has a small town feel but once you are in it's paradise. I enjoyed my stay very much. Donna the bartender was awesome. Edwin, Julio security was always available. the food was 5 stars... The pool amazing. They made me feel like family. The only thing I would say that they could improve on was adding a blackout curtain so...

"Very clean! Looked like new. Just across the street from a fine Italian Restaurant. Very basic, nothing fancy. Had to switch room because wi-fi wasn’t working. No problems after."

"I didn't receive instructions for check in and had no way to contact the property manager. Thankfully two other guest walked in and had their number. When I called they didn't even know a guest was supposed to be coming today."

"Solange, the cheerful manager at this new hotel, welcomed us at the last minute after a flight cancellation. The property is very clean and walkable to the beach and nice restaurants. Our loft room was spacious with a nice bathroom and strong AC; the beds were a little soft and springy for our preference. There were a couple nice options for the made-to-order breakfast, and we appreciated the complimentary ride to the airport."

"Dead rat in the middle of the street directly outside in front of the hotel, inside the hotel there was a roach in the bathroom that the staff stepped on hoping I wouldn't see when he brought me to the room. "
