"No air conditioning, only a ceiling fan. No window in bedroom to outside for fresh air. No hot water either. Was there for 3 days and didn't see room service once. Tried switching hotel's with Expedia and they were as terrible as the hotel. They apparently couldn't get ahold of the hotel manager to find about cancelation policy and partial refund. Overall was a terrible experience. I certainly wouldn't recommend this hotel or Expedia. "

"With the exception of 2 staff members the attitude was terrible The location is too remote from restaurants and bars the hotels restaurant bar and terrace were all closed the pool was dirty about to go green no where to lounge by the pool even after asking for a banana loumge to be moved from the closed terrace they said no. "Conveniently located very close to the SuperChe and Cinepolis. It was a decent hotel, clean with friendly staff, but the AC really didn't work very well, even after they messed with it, and the toilet was cracked and sealed with silicone. It worked, but just gave a poor impression."
