"The room was spacious, very clean and with a great ocean view. All personnel was very helpful, attentive and always with a smile. Transportation to different areas of the resort was easy and fast. We never had to wait more than 5 min. The only thing that we didn't like was the dinner service at El Mexicano and Solarium restaurants. There were enough waiters, but they were extremely slow, disorganized and inefficient, forgot to bring the food, drinks, and our requests. We had to remind them many times. They need better training. We found the opposite at the Kasbah, Bellavista (buffet) and Pergola restaurants. The waiters there were very good, and it was a pleasure to eat there. Check in and out was a breeze. Overall experience was very good and not expensive."

He refused to take us to a store of our choosing citing “lack of quality “ at the other stores. The shirt my wife overpaid for was of terrible quality and shoddy workmanship. Be careful of the cab drivers"
