Actually the most annoying thing was how some of the " entitled" guests treated the staff. Pretty awful. Yet the Staff never pushed back. We stepped in once when a sign clearly stated a rule. The staff tried to enforce it. The guests ignored it and argued with staff very aggressively. The staff members were incredibly polite to them enforcing the rule. We and many other guests approached the staff after telling them how well tgey gandled the awful guests. Well done!"
