"I had a comfy bed. Heating was easily controlled. Very basic accommodation but had good tea/ coffee facilities. Very small shower but adequate. Seemed to be a lovely popular pub in a lovely area and a footpath were you could go for a walk but I wasnt there long enough to enjoy any of these things. There is some frequent noise from planes going to Gatwick but I took my earplugs. "Lovely Saturday night away up at Leith Hill. We arrived for a late lunch. We’d booked a double room for the night but when the staff saw our two Labradors - they gave us a much bigger room. Everyone was really friendly at the pub and the Plough is perfect for exploring the beautiful countryside around Coldharbour. The food was excellent and the service superb. Breakfast was really good. It feels really ‘different’ up there - lovely walks and stunning views. We’ll be back."
