"We booked this property late on Saturday evening as we had a late confirmation on a job to go to locally, we didn`t get confirmation of the job till just before 7pm and then had to drive from Kidderminster, the receptionist stayed on an extra hour to greet us and check us in, absolutely fantastic service."

"Wonderful location slap in the middle of Hull. Its a no frills accommodation but satisfying and i would recommend staying here as we have done for the last 4 years"

"Finding the entrance (you'd think it would be the front door) was tricky and I had to show a copy of my receipt upon check-in (seemed odd) so I feared the worst. In fact the room was lovely and warm on a very cold day, clean, had a desk and fast wi-fi. The takeaway next door was also convenient. Car parking was free and off road. So despite the weirdness of the check-in everything was fine and great value for money if you just need a no-frills overnight stay."

"SCAM!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! Paid for my sons birthday weekend away (4y.o) drove 2.5 hours to get here and the host didnt send us entry code to the apartment so couldnt get in. Expedia confirmed all booking, tried to contact the host but blocking my calle. Texts delivered and left voicemails asking to call us but had no reply. Took our money and put a case with expedia and they refused to refund ao had to contact fraud department with my bank and pay for a hotel late at night instead!! Ruined...

"Nice and spacious, however -; There’s a ‘hole’ at the top of the stairs under the carpet that we all nearly tripped down … including our 3 year old. The property is very roughly finished - there’s a tile in the kitchen that’s loose and proud - which we almost cut our feet on. Not enough cutlery/ crockery to cover the amount of guests that can stay there . The back garden is unusable- overgrown and dirty Spiders and webs - absolutely everywhere In our welcome email we got told about a...
