"A wonderful quiet place you are reliant on your own vehicle. Food is very good (evening and breakfast) but unavailable at lunch time. Can highly recommend the cottages(8 of them), they are spacious with a sofa and large bathroom, their also have their own parking space."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Ate evening meal also breakfast there and enjoyed both. Our stay was a Friday evening and our room was at the front of the hotel. We were woken at 4.50 am by the noise of them constructing the market stalls. We appreciate this isn’t anything the hotel is responsible for but it spoilt an enjoyable stay. "

"The Briarcroft Wayth Hotel is a small boutique hotel and great place to stay. Parking is easy to find, the sitting area is lovely. They provide a guest kitchen with refrigerator dishwasher sink, etc., as well as tea, coffee, sugar, and milk. The rooms are nice, although some are still under renovation. The staff is helpful and friendly. My only wish was that the mattress had a soft mattress topper to make the bed more comfortable. Other than that it was a great stay!"
