"Property was nice, with pool-grills-lawn area, and the view was wonderful - we spotted whales and dolphins multiple times. The lack of HVAC was an issue and the availability of only a single room mobile AC unit (at $15 per day) was not enough for all."

"This was the perfect location for our stay. We were a 1 mile drive from Magic Sands Beach and 1 mile drive to local shopping, dinning and entertainment! While we chose to drive everywhere, the location is totally walkable to all the attractions. Also, before booking I read reviews, and apparently other condos do not have AC. This one DOES have AC. "I wasn't sure what to expect, but I shouldn't have been worried at all. Super cute boutique hotel with EXCELLENT amenities/landscaping. My room was decorated with vintage Tiki prints and linens. Everything was sparkling clean with attention to travelers needs - local insights, pool towels, beach equipment, ice for coolers and more. Harris gave me a quick tour of the property and as a solo, older woman traveler, I felt at home. The pool was so refreshing. Parking was tight, but not an issue....

"Clean condo in older building. Condo has been recently updated and looks amazing. We spent most of our time on the lenai watching surfers and fish. "

"The living room seating wasn’t very comfortable particularly the couch. The sliding glass door needs some work. Limited cooking equipment and dishes. There isn’t a dining area. That said we enjoyed our stay and the location was great and the apartment was clean."

"This cute little place was perfect for our family of six. Kids slept on the sofa sleeper while the adults took the two bedrooms. Plenty of room and the place was very clean. The patio overlooks the golf course which is a beautiful sunset view with goats coming and going. We enjoyed sitting out there daily! We prefer to have our own kitchen which is why we rent Ed the condo, but there is a beautiful Outrigger resort nearby that we walked to for coffee every morning and a look at the beautiful...

"Place as described. Nice. WiFi didn’t work, spotty at best. Staircase painting for 1 day. Prohibited from coming and going. Monetarily appeased though. Otherwise very nice property."

"Well decorated, very comfy beds - including the hide-a-bed, sharp knives in the kitchen, clean, comfortable, parking included. Great location - can walk to town and half way between exploring north or south island. "

"Great location on Ali’i Drive. The house was what you would expect for a beach rental. Very well stocked. Note- I didn’t recall reading the property was NOT air conditioned. There was a great breeze at night and fans provided, but if that’s important to you, it’s worth mentioning. The waves literally lull you to sleep each night. "

"This condo was amazing! The location was perfect as it was right in the middle of downtown Kona and easy to walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping. The condo was big, clean, and had a large lanai with beautiful views of the ocean. Easy to check in and the property manager checked in multiple times throughout our stay to make sure things were going well. "
