"Check in time was rather strict at 3pm, we reached at 2.45pm but had to wait. Free bottled water provided, rooms were clean. Our rooms faced the railway tracks and we could hear the trains faintly in the early morning. Very close to Sapporo station though not directly connected. "

"I've fallen victim to a few (relatively) inexpensive hotels with reviews and photos that don't accurately display the property's low standards. This hotel is not one of those. All of the staff members I've interacted with have been cordial and willing to help and the many rooms I've stayed in have been clean and not misrepresented in size or condition. There are blemishes here and there but from my experience none are worth avoiding booking here again."

"Great location close to Susukino station with a lot of shops and restaurants in the area. It's good if you like the nightlife, but not as great if you don't. The room and hotel facilities were very clean. It's a no frills type of place, which I expected since I got the room for a very low price. The breakfast was basic (a few types of bread), but the coffee machine was nice and had different beverage options."

"Price is affortable but don't expect a big room. Locaton isn't too bad and will take approxiately 7-10 mins walking time to train station. One thing I am not happy is ... the hotel forces you to pay daily hot spring bath tub (charged per person) no matter you will use or not. The pajamas that hotel provides are smelly(strong body odor). "This property is excellent. The rooms are very nicely equipped, and while slightly small by US standards, they are very thoughtfully laid out. if I could find a room of similar size and layout in the states I'd book it in a heartbeat. The location is fine - about a 20 minute ride and $40 cab fare from New Chitose Airport, which is why I chose it - but there's not much accessible on foot, at least in the winter (there's farmers market right behind the hotel but I assume it's only open in the...

"Hotel was located steps away from Higashi Sapporo subway station and next to an AEON supermarket. It was very convenient. It was only a 10 minute transit trip to the middle of Sapporo and another 5 minutes to the JR station. Very affordable stay considering my dates overlapped with the snow festival. Hotel was clean and wifi was good. I didn’t use the sauna but it looked great. Hotel provided amenities at the front desk including instant coffee from Doutour. However, front desk was not staffed...
