"One night (New Year’s Eve) stay after all day travel from east coast. Airport shuttle was on time, easy to find hotel shuttle waiting area and it was covered. Everyone was nice, from check in to check out. Comfy beds and pillows, good shower pressure, easy to regulate water temperature. We were able to get a New Year’s Eve dinner close by, without a reservation. Before checkout, we were able to walk to Walgreens for things we couldn’t take on carryon."

"Great rooms for the price- have stayed here a few times when there is a concert I’m attending in SF (: decent rooms even if it’s in a sketchier area. Cant beat the price! "

"Its clean and well taken care of. Its comfortable. It was quiet. The spa was not working and that was disappointing as that was why I chose this hotel so so could relax in the beautiful spa area. I felt safe."

"It was okay a little beat up and a little loud from the airport but felt safe. It's fine for what we used it for, had an early flight and wanted to be close to the airport. It was 5 minutes to ParkSFO where we parked our car so convenient. Would stay here again for another flight but wouldn't recommend if you are staying visiting the area. "
