"Something went wrong with my onboarding as I didn't get a guest registration email prior to my arrival and the details I did receive only got me access to the building and not to my room! Unfortunately for me, the owner was at the theatre and so missed my phone calls to try and resolve the issue. I eventually got in to my room after about an hour. "I live near Southampton and run a company based near Stoke and this is my favourite perch; the kitchen lets me eat normally as I tend to keep strange hours. Just right size and facilities for me. Could just as well be a perch for a countryside break. Highly recommended "
