"We booked the hotel the day of the trip as we had change plans due to Typhoon Haishen. When we entrance to the hotel was blocked with a rope and they did not answer the phone. There was noone to get any information, we did not get a cancellation or a notification. "Very clean and neat with friendly staff. They were very willing to help out and respectful at all times. It seems the hotel is recently renovated so the room condition is modern and warm. At first it was a little hard to find since Expedia map points to the wrong location, but we were very happy when we got to our room. The onsen spa or public bath is in excellent condition with full coverage of all the amenities!"
