All the staff on reception, in the restaurant, in housekeeping and all other staff were always welcoming, friendly and happy to assist you and give you information about the area. Recommend hiring a car which allows you to explore the area. We drove down to the Black River gorge which was amazing, definitely recommend a visit there. If you like blasting music; screaming, undisciplined children; and ignorant families who yell at each other from all over the property, then, between the direct neighbours partying all day (10:00 am to midnight) for three days straight and the ignorant guests yelling at each other from all over the property, as if it's their private estate, Villa Narmada is the place for you! You'll also be content if you feel "security" means a wide open front lobby door at 1:30 am and the "guard"...
