"Welcome was amazing. Very courteous staff. The hut style bungalows are fabulous. Atmosphere and surroundings ideal. We had problems with our bathroom and tv. The tv was sorted but bathroom shower needed proper ventilation and fittings. Overall our family had beautiful memories to cherish forever. Thanks 🙏 "

"The property is stunning. However, more training is needed for the staff. Ordered food from one of the pool bars and after an hour, my food never arrived. The remote in my room didnt work, i requested service, it never came. I asked for menus to the restaurants to determine where to go for dinner and no one could get this information for me. So, with some training, this has the potential to be a 5 star resort"

The only negative me and my partner could find was the lack of vegetarian options on the restaurants menus. "we had an average experience, I was told to make a rapid test but my friend not, spa was closed at 16h00 due to covid protocol as per staff but staff not wearing mask on buffet at breakfast, no bathtub in room but same it is mentioned on your advert, buffet not worth value for money, lots of flies and bees on the buffet, no greetings on phone or in restaurant, trying to book spa on next day but could not have proper answer, hotel very noisy, you can hear lots of noise from our rooms all day, "
