"Our only complaint was the heating/air conditioning. It was either very cold air blowing (directly on my side of the bed), or very warm air. The blower itself was on constantly and the temperature was either very cold or very warm. You had to constantly manually change it to either warm up the roomor cool it down. Other than that, everything was great."

"Great staff being helpful. Down side was I arrived late 11:30pm due to weather and the shuttle service stopped at 11:00pm. But David was helpful with recommending Uber which was less than $15 to get to the hotel. (not so bad)"
