I have stayed at this establishment many times and this last visit was so bad I will not be going back. Television was not working and was told to address the issue upon checkout. I was not happy with the way staff addressed any of the issues. In the middle of the night I woke up and bugs crawling in the unused bed. Will not waste time or money with Clarion again. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

This property is awful! It was so hot and humid in the main areas because of the indoor pool (which was closed most of time) and all the airconditionwrs that vent into the .ain area. There were cracks in the ceiling and floors, they were obviously patching but not fixing the structural issues. We asked for room service halfway through our stay and were ignored when I brought it up to the front desk, they were beligerant and rude and just made excuses. With one day left we found 8 towels on the bed and nothing else was touched. Stay as far away as possible from this property.

Only stayed one nice but great amenities indoor and outdoor pool looked very clean and well maintained room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was in the bar adjacent…really good! But security hostess was not friendly.

Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. But, Overall this hotel is a bit dingy and there is very poor lighting in the hallways and stairwells. Our biggest complaint was the pool/hot tub situation. They advertise that they have a “heated pool.” However, the pool water is actually quite cold. The receptionist told me that the “air conditioning” in the room cools the water down. Also, the hot tub was not working. We are from Alaska and were really looking forward to some pool time while on vacation and we chose this hotel BECAUSE of the picture of the pool area. I don’t understand why hotels aren’t considerate of their customers and put it on their website that their pool/hot tub is out of order. Also they should take down their big “heated pool” sign out front because it is NOT warm at all!!! This is false advertising.

The exterior side door to the building does not close or lock making it easy for anyone to enter inside the hotel, the housekeeper busted in my room twice without waiting for me to respond, she just would knock and walk straight in and was rude and argumentative as well as their front desk staff was argumentative but I did appreciate them accommodating my request to be on the first floor and waiving my late checkout fee due to oversleeping but I would never stay here again, no bugs and fairly clean and updated you get what you pay for with this location

This property was good for the price. The outside rooms looked a bit rough but the inside room were not bad. The inside smelled nice and clean. There is a lot of space and opportunity for it to be a very nice hotel. The hotel staff was nice.

Rode people at the kitchen, they watching you while you picking up your food, they will stop you at the kitchen door to insure that you’re not eat twice and ask you about your room number, although there’s a shortage in the food with bad quality.

First, let me say, this hotel is absolutely beautiful and stunningly huge. It may be a 3 star hotel, but it carries a 5 star service staff. Upon arrival, it was pouring rain, so we were happy about the roof over the entrance. All our bags and ourselves remained dry. Being checked in by jeni was quick and kind. We were thoughtfully asked daily if our needs were being met. We stayed on the 4th floor in the Queen Suite. Spacious enough for four comfortably. The a/c stayed nicely at a constant 65° with a beautiful eastern view.The hotel is close to everywhere we wanted to go.The free breakfast buffet is incredible with more options than you'd expect and all are made from quality brands and ingredients. A nice happy, social time to relax and unwind from the day. I was impressed with how very clean this entire hotel is. It hit the big 3 for me. Hospitality, Cleanliness & Accommodating. We had the best time! Thank you very much to everyone. We hope to return real soon!

WI-FI was not good. Connection dropped continuously and pages were too often very slow to load. The door to the inside area to get to rooms at first didn't work, but allowed access, then it worked and the key card wouldn't open it. Had to make a long walk to get to my room. Not recommended.

I honestly have never seen a hotel like this. When you entered in the front was beautiful. The staff was very kind at night. It was a young man. We checked in after getting there pretty late. Walking to our room I never had seen a hotel like this. There was a big area covered in old carpet and a pool on the inside of the courtyard. We entered in our room and looked it over well it looked clean it also looked dirty. It was like a dirty clean. There was mold all in the bathroom shower. I could tell the beds had been changed but the bottom area that does not get changed had stains of c** and such on it. We didn't end up showering there or taking our socks off. In the morning when we were going to check out we could see that the pool was very cloudy and dirty. We headed to the lobby and we're met by two girls who had attitudes. When we asked where the Continental breakfast was they pointed to the restaurant and then acted like we should have known that the free Continental breakfast was in the restaurant. When we went into the restaurant we were met by a guy who asked us what the room number was, we gave him the room number but as soon as I turned around to look at the food I quickly discovered I would not be eating there. It was gray and mushy and dry all at the same time. I'm really not sure how you get three of those combinations together. It is a fine place if you just need to rest your head at night and leave first thing in the morning.

The TV did not work any day. I like to watch TV as I work from the hotel. The first day after spending the night, I woke up with small bites on my back and legs. I noticed they had small roaches. I asked the front to take care of it, and I figured they would move me rooms, but all they said was sorry for the inconvenience. The next day, it was the same: more bites and little roaches in the room. I told them again, but they did not do anything. The outside rooms were occupied by a lot of long-term tenants who were drinking, smoking, and hanging out all day. It gave me a bad impression and I did not feel safe. The first two nights they had local PD dealing with issues.
