"This is the first time I’ve booked a property and I had an amazing experience. The house and veiws were spectacular, especially with the snow we had. The biggest issue we faced was when the thermostat’s battery died, and the temp was stuck at 62. The host reached out very quickly and began working to help me fix the issue, even though it was late on Friday night. They even ordered a second space heater to make sure we were warm enough. "This cottage was perfect and an in expensive uber ride to downtown, Nashville. The owner was super responsive to messages, and even let us check in early when our flight got in. This is the perfect stay for a couple who wants to experience Nashville without the high hotel prices. The bed and pillows were super comfortable.
