Overall was a great stay, room was clean, close to Nashville, although room was a tad small, and you could occasionally hear other guests talking and their TVs, but that's not so much the hotel's fault. excellent for the price.

The front desk staff was always helpful and available. Hotel is in need of work done. Breakfast was minimal. Juice machine was broken. Ice machine on second floor was broken. Hot tub jets were broken. Indoor pool was not heated and was like ice. There was no smoke detector in our room.

The property definitely didn’t good like it did online, I was shocked when I got to the property, there is no breakfast like it says. Area is really bad homeless people hang out in the parking lot.

My new hotel of choice for the area!
This was the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and will definitely be back. Hotel is nice and clean. The lady that was working the desk was the manager and was very friendly! Love the pool and hot tub. Great location if u want to get downtown quick but not be in the middle of all the traffic!

light bulbs needed changed in the room. We stole one from a lamp for the bathroom, which left our room darker. The metal protection bar on the bottom of the room door was not attached and drug and made a very loud noise. There is no way that the housekeeping/maintenance did not know about these issues. The bed was super comfortable, and the room was clean.
