My kids and I stayed here for 2 nights. The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean and very nice! It was super close to the mall!! 5 stars from us!!

I booked my stay prior & when I got there the Rude girl in the front desk said there was no reservation & clearly she did not want to help us. I gave her the confirmation but she just argued with me and was not very helpful. I left and made reservations somewhere else. I was very disappointed because prior to this I have stayed at this Hotel and the staff was very nice. I will not go there again!

As soon as we arrived we were warned that a large amount of guests had their cars broken into the previous night. We were extremely nervous about our rental car, however the hotel hired security for the evening we were there, so that eased some of my worry.
