"Turned up on the day of the booking. Was advised on their website that someone was there from 1pm till 7pm each day. We got there a little after 2pm. The place was deserted. We rang the bell for CHECK IN as advised on a note on the front door. And waited as instructed in the note. Nothing. No one answered. We rang the first tel no. and could hear it in the restaurant, but no one answered. We rang several times, and then called the mobile number listed on their website - it was out of...

"A great room, lots of space, clean and high standards. Excellent for traveling with skis and for drying clothes after a long day in the mountains. The staff is great, helpful and very friendly. Also great food in the restaurant. A varied menu, high quality and good value on the daily menu. "

"The location is nice, but we were disappointed. Contrary to what we expected and what was mentioned, there was no free wifi (there was no wifi at all!), the parking was 1.3 km away and this was not a hotel but a series of appartements. The one we got was not the one we rented! And at the end, it was extremely overpriced for what we got. To be avoided!"

The free transpiration pass that was included in our nightly rate allowed us to go up any tram, gondola or take any bus, anytime, as many times as we wanted to for free during our stay. This pass allowed us to enjoy all the Mountain View’s the Saas Valley has to offer. The breakfast selections were abundant, generous, and tasty…including homemade jams, yogurts and selections of cheeses,...
