"This is not a hotel, i'ts a student dorm at best. The rooms are the size of a closet, the beds are not for tall people. The property is on the train tracks and therefore noisy at all times. There was mold in the shower and absolutely no room to open a suitcase. If the description of the so called hotel was accurate we would have stayed somewhere else. "

"The night staff was extremely helpful. The very best helped out with a number of issues. Extremely friendly and welcoming. HOWEVER The day staff is needs lessons on customer service. Had an emergency check-in and the room did not have towels. Previous day I had a regular towel bath towel and washcloth. Had to argue with the front desk person even though I had a double room to get an extra towel. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Fortunately the night staff made up for this poor customer...
