"O hotel atende a expectativa, porém fica muito longe do centro de Madrid e não tem transporte público próximo, obrigatoriamente há necessidade de contratar um táxi ou Uber para chegar até a estação de trem mais próxima , Gastano de 10 a 15 EUR e de lá fazer 3 baldeações para se chegar ao centro +- 1h20."

Having the cityplaza resto right across was very convenient for a bite and a drink. A few cons…had to pay to store my luggage. Every other place I’ve been to does it for free. No hair dryer in the room, had to ask at the front desk and the hair dryer stopped working after 2mins. The communal dinner doesn’t really seem to be a thing. The people at the city plaza didn’t even know...

"I stay here in my way home to Texas from my home in Pamplona. Love to eat at the Prada El Tope down the street. Santa Anna Plaza is very convenient. For this hotel....rooms by the street are loud (to be expected), interior rooms are better. Just a good bunk for the night before heading home. "
