The room was so quiet and the beds comfortable it was exactly what we needed from a quick stop motorway services hotel. "What a wonderful mini break for my husband and I plus our two little dogs. We stayed at The Fox and were greeted warmly by staff on arrival. Everyone was so friendly. The town was absolutely stunning, gorgeous buildings, quaint shops and pubs. We ate in The Fox on our first night and the food was wonderful and great value for money! Our little dogs enjoyed their stay also and were fussed over by everyone! Highly recommend The Fox if you’re in the area"

"Property was what we expected. Only niggles I’ve got are: Beds in the second bedroom were a little small, I’m 5’11’’ and was too tall for it. There was a constant sound from what could have been a boiler that did keep me up at night. Host was responsive and polite though. Overall good stay. I’d recommend, but for slightly smaller people who don’t mind constant noise."
