"We were staying for 2 nights, the first night my daughters bed was very uncomfortable and the room was warm. However, after speaking with the lovely lady on reception a move to a different room resolved all issues in a polite, friendly and professional manner! "Clean and quiet "

"Our 2 need time staying here. Lovely clean hotel with friendly staff. Although we did have an issue with check in this time around. Arrived just before 2pm and was told our rooms weren’t ready yet (not an issue itself as we were slightly early) but we were told to take a seat and someone would let us know when our rooms were ready. We sat waiting for over 20 mins and nothing so my partner went back to reception only to be told the rooms were ready and there must have been a miscommunication. Not the best start but everything else after that was great. The breakfast here is amazing, absolutely everything you could think of, spoilt for choice, and the staff are more than happy to help with any special requests you may have. We will be heading back later in the year for our 3rd visit with hopefully a smoother check in. "
