"Nice property but they cut the 1 foot tall grass the day after we arrived. The place was in good shape, clean but needed some attention to dusting. I found we had about an 8th of an inche of dust on top of our air conditioning unit in our bedroom. The location was great, across the road from the beach. The first 50 feet or so into the water had big stones ober the sand. Up the beach a hundred feet or so didn't. But its not an issue went swimming twice every day. Overall it was a great...

"Ryan is a wonderful property manager! The home was well suited for our 3 generations with lots of space to spread out. The 4 acres are perfectly manicured lawns. When we booked this home the map showed it adjacent to the boardwalk but it was adjacent to the airport landing strip. Definitely rent a car while staying here. We got used to the air traffic and with the windows closed in the bedrooms that have a/c you couldn’t hear them. It was a great house for our stay."
