"Qhem i attempted to enter room 1210 someone had broken into the room and locked door latch so i coyld not gain entry in the room upon later retirning to room the door was left opened and trash in areas in room i woulf like be refunded "

"Really liked the hotel and the bed was clean besides the fact you could see crumbs everywhere on the floor, mostly under the nighstand. Noticed my window was unlocked after sleeping all night and im on the bottom floor"

"We visited KC for the first time for an event at T-Mobile Center. I’m glad we stayed here. Walking to the event, restaurants, anywhere in downtown was super easy. Everyone at the hotel was friendly. The room was updated and the bedding was comfortable. The parking was easy. I’ll come back to this hotel when I get a chance to visit KC again. "
