"This is unit in an older NOLA style building on the 2nd floor. Unit is somewhat dated. The layout is a little funky but overall the living space and porch are great for a big group. We had six adults and it worked perfectly. Short walk to bars, shops and restaurants. Nice neighborhood. Awesome communication from the manager. Overall, great place to stay. "

"Villa De Paz was the perfect place for our family vacation. The villa is 2 separate villas sharing a common pool rented as one unit. This worked out great! "We loved this apartment. It was very spacious for the 2 of us and has a couple of nice outdoor seating areas. The power did go out our first night for a couple of hours, but someone brought us a lantern which was super nice! The only downside is we had trouble getting the check in and out instructions and I had to message the host to have them sent to me. But outside of that it was a lovely stay!"

"We travelled to St. Thomas for a wedding and all the guests stayed at Sapphire Beach. Our stay was awesome! The condo was stocked with extra towels, beach towels, snorkel gear, toilet paper, etc!
