"The property is a little tired, but in good condition and a great value. Neighborhood around there during the day is tourist stuff catering to the cruise ships. At night there's some fun bars that locals frequent. Everyone is super nice and we had a blast. If you want a great sandwich, go to Double Play and get a Chimi....the sauce is magic."

"This was an amazing find! Tucked away in Frenchtown yet walkable to so much! Candy and Eddie are awesome hosts. This was our first visit to St Thomas. "The “treehouses” need proper protection against rodents and bugs. All screens were compromised simply by not having a stronger covering such as chicken wire covering the screen. The staff were friendly but not forthcoming so far as the conditions of the property. The restaurant is NOT fully open. They offer chicken or a burger. Do not stay here if you do not like rodents in your bed. In my opinion they need to post pictures of upgraded rodent and bug prevention. That will probably never happen...
