"Parking is expensive but was available, TV and sockets not working in the room, on telling reception, their response was they know and lots of the rooms are like that?! Energy should be a basic right so this isn't good enough. When you add the £12 parking charge, other options with free parking and working facilities may be cheaper👍"

"The staff i met were very nice & polite, the hotel was clean & tidy, the biggest problem i had was the bed, i could feel every spring, the design of the headboard is the worst, pillows just Squeeze easily while you move, through the "Bars" onto the floor."
