I specifically booked a room that had a small fridge and a microwave because I’m on a special diet, and the room had neither of those. "Perry was so helpful at check-in! We didn’t realize that we would have to drag our big cooler up to the 4th floor since there is no elevator. It was actually Perry that took it up for us and helped us find parking. We love staying in a charming place like Hotel Royal in the French Quarter especially love the cozy courtyard. It would be helpful to know about the narrow flights of stairs when being assigned a room. We would have planned our packing differently. We would consider staying there...

"Very friendly staff, very clean and accommodating. Breakfast was great, excellent coffee options and everyone was always very kind and helpful. I really have no complaints except one. I think the fee of $35/day to pay for parking is too much. I realize parking is valuable, but I think the fee should be must less. Loved it, would stay again!!"
