"We absolutely LOVED our stay at New Orleans Guest House. It truly felt like we were at home. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the lovely Teisha! You could feel the joy exuding from her which made the experience amazing from the start. We were introduced to the staff and told about the surrounding area. I loved the rustic charm. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I will definitely be staying here every time I return! Thank you for such a great time in the big easy! "

"The place was clean and nice to stay at. The one issue we had was that staying in the trolley stop classy room downstairs, while we did have a private bathroom, it was located out in the hall across from the room. So any time you need to go use the bathroom or take a shower you’ll need to make sure you’re either fully clothed and presentable or risk crossing the hall in a towel. This is compounded by the fact that the bathroom has no hangers of any kind for hand or bath towels and no counter...

"Everything was great. I will definitely come back to stay there. However the carpet area near the vanity in my room 22…. Near the closet smelt like vomit in the carpet. Other than that. I LOVED IT! I will be returning!! "

"Pros: Beautiful 3bed/3bath Cottage house with older New Orleans charm. Clean & spacious! Equipped with what you need. Comfy beds. Nice Hot Tub outback. Secured property with keyless entry. Cons: Street parking was scarce. Homeless Camp less than 2 blocks down. People living in tents and broke down vehicles with stay dogs running loose. "

"What a beautiful and unique property! The room was very comfortable, the decor and condition of the historical building were exceptional. The owner trusts his guests which is fantastic, with an honor bar/fridge and open kitchen. We had issues with the front door security which required us to call him several nights in a rolw. "It was a great weekend "

"We stayed with our teenage son. The cottage is great: it's right on St. Charles but tucked away behind another house so there's almost no street noise in the cottage. The cottage has a great kitchen and sitting area and the bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. The interior designs is cozy and fun. We would definitely stay again!"

"Erwin was an amazing host. The first night, he cooked dinner for us. It was amazing. On Sunday, he took us on a tour of New Orleans and shared some of the history with us. It was a pleasant drive and tour. I learned several things about The Big Easy that i didn't know. I will definitely book again with him and his family."

"This place was really awesome it was just the wife and I and there were many places just to walk to and it’s right across the street from the convention center so it is very accessible to multiple places the technology there is really cool you get greeted by a live person but she is on a television and she greets you every morning so I strongly suggest the Sexton"

"We really loved the suite. The house is very pretty and clean. Huge Kitchen & Coffee maker. Bring water for the coffee maker. Our suite was clean and comfortable - also had a clawfoot tub...which I loved for soaking after a long night out. Location is amazing...we walked everywhere. nice greeting from the local neighbors too. We will def be back. Thank you!"
