I had many emails confirming booking and one of the phone numbers listed took me to an irate gentleman who had not been involved with the hotel for 2 years. Need to check that all numbers are valid. "Ideally located for us as visiting family that live in Charlton Kings and didn’t want to stay in central Cheltenham where most hotels don’t have dedicated parking. The room however felt a bit dated and the mattress was very soft and uncomfortable. My husband resorted to sleeping on the floor for a couple hours the last morning. "
