"This was our third stay here! We love the close location to the train station and bus to the airport. Also the boat taxi is only a few minutes walk. Plenty of restaurants and shopping. Rooms provide minimal amenities with older decor but perfect for a couple of nights. Staff has always been very friendly and helpful. They also provide breakfast although we have not taken it. I will definitely stay here again! "

The hotel was in a perfect location - five minutes away from the Rialto Bridge and docking station to the Venice Water Busses. Fifteen to twenty minute walk from Piazza San Marco!"

"Nice property. Very small. Smelled old and musty but felt clean. Staff was fantastic, helpful and friendly! Wish there was more food options but Venice is full of food so it wasn't too challenging. One thing i really wish is that there was more decoration or home touches to the place. All around it was fine but my room did feel like a white walled closet and did not help with my mental space while I was there. Could just be a me thing though!"

"Nice little hotel, but extremely expensive for the very basic room. Woman serving breakfast was very seeet and kind. Good location to walk to the airport bus at Piazalle Roma (8 minutes, only 3 bridges)"

"Positive: Conveniently close (we hauled our luggage) to the Trenitalia station that connects to Trieste (cruise ship port). A variety of small restaurants within walking distance in case you have a late flight arrival. Negative: you climb stairs from the street level to the lobby level. From the lobby, there are more levels to climb to your room. No elevator, in case you are hauling your luggage yourself."
