"Sergio and Flavia were great hosts. It was very easy to check in and check out. The location was amazing with the perfect balance of quiet and convenient. All the tourist areas were a maximum 10-15 minutes but many were closer. We enjoyed the terrace and the awesome view every morning and evening. This is an A++ Venice apartment. "

"The house is so beautiful and in the most amazing location. You’re close to everything but still tucked away in this little charming square away from the hustle. Our kids could run around in the square, we listened to beautiful music playing outside while we sat on our private balcony. The house itself is very comfortable with a great layout.Massimo is the perfect host- providing so much great information on what to see and do in Venice. "

"Had a great time at Maria and Carlo’s place. Such a treat to have Carlo meet us when we arrived, give us an understanding of surroundings, and recommendations since it was our first time. Appreciated them arranging water taxis to and from the train station as well. Would totally stay again! "

"Marco was a wonderful host. He was very helpful in getting us into the apartment by giving us very good directions. It was a lovely place to stay. Marco knew that we were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary and had a bottle of prosecco waiting for us on our arrival. He was available during our stay and was prompt in replying to our questions. We will be sure to stay there again on our next trip to Venice."

"The property was so clean, in a very good area. Carlos met us at the train and took us to the apartment himself. He then gave us a quick tour of the area and arranged a water taxi for our departure. We felt very welcome and taken care of. "

"The home is nice and the staff we met on the first day was also good. However the only air conditioning was in the bedrooms and 1 out of the 2 showers worked. I booked this property purposely for the 2 showers being a family of 5. The shower downstairs had rotting Sheetrock everywhere. We also had to kill scorpion one evening."

"We stayed June 30-July 3 and our stay was perfect. Silvia met us at S.Silvestro and it was a very short walk to the apartment from there. She gave us a list of dining suggestions when we asked, we didn’t cook at all, but the kitchen would work great if you wanted to cook. We had a small issue with the hot water, but Alberto was able to instruct us via text quickly how to fix it. Everything you would need is very close by, we loved our visit."

"A great location. Very convenient for shops, restaurants, sight-seeing. Easy access to No 1 Vaporetto so convenient for going to all parts of the city. The booklet supplied - with details of shops, restaurants, attractions etc for each sestiere - is very useful. The maps and details of recycling arrangements are good, though as we informed your representative some of the recycling times are wrong. "We very much liked this property: very clean, nice layout, right on one of the canals, perfect for 4 people. It was a little ways from the main “hustle & bustle” areas of Venice, so it would be considered a more quiet area of the city, but then you had to do a little more walking to get to where you wanted to go (which wasn’t so bad, because we got to see more!). One thing I would highly stress, and not just for this specific property but any in Venice: Do Not leave your windows open at night -...

"Property was as described. Massimo the property manager was easy to communicate with. He tried to accommodate our requests. Venice the city is not for anyone with mobility issues the bridges it made to difficult to travel "

"The actual studio apartment was not available due to damage from a falling tree. Our host was very kind and provided alternative accommodation for us and was in contact all the time to offer assistance. "
