"It was an exceptional vacation ,the resort was awesome,everything was clean and all the staff was generous specially:Mr.Mohamed &Miss Viviane at the reception they were very helpful ,Mr. Ashraf at the roof restaurant was very generous. "Kareim was very attentive to our needs and the apartment building is new and to high specifications, just as advertised. I had to move here, after spending one night at another location. That was a great disappointment. I would only suggest one thing that the shower unit needs to have a bath mat for when you come out the shower. Or squeegee be provided so one can can mop the water off the floor, as water still gets outside the shower when you are showering even though the door is closed."

"This is a very basic hotel, not the big brand name suggests. It is comfortable, clean but basic. If you are looking for luxury, but the other Four Seasons Hotel, which is 10 times more expensive. We are happy to stay here for six nights in total, it didn't hurt our wallet at all. We love Hurghada, thanks to this hotel, we had a wonderful time. "
