"The guest rooms are spotless, very clean with a minimal aesthetic. While I personally tend to prefer colour and some personality, the rooms are calming, the large beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are lovely, with a massive shower. Inside the room there's a safe, iron and ironing board, but the one thing we found really odd was that for such a new hotel, none of the plugs included USB outlets, so you'll need to bring a 3 pin plug charging cable for your phone. "Great place to stay but my room was freezing, we arrived after 6 , i think the rooms could have been warmed up before hand, so not a good start. The staff are very friendly and as a pensioner and no lift i was offered a down stairs room. The pub opposite was very handy for an evening meal and drinks. On the whole a good, clean, family place to stay, but please warm your rooms while it’s so cold. Myself and my family thought it was good value."

"Perfectly adequate for a business stay over for a couple of nights. Other customers not always quiet or considerate but thats not the hotel's fault. Rooms could be soundproofed more. Reception staff helpful. Great carvery next door."
